The Prospectors Club is an Australian business specialising in natural gold nuggets, Australian gemstones, jewellery, and gold prospecting resources. We are based in Western Australia. For enquiries, please contact us at hello@theprospectorclub.com.
2. Products
All gold nuggets and gemstones sold through The Prospectors Club are natural specimens sourced by our team in Australia. Product descriptions, weights, and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Due to the natural nature of our products, minor variations in appearance may occur.
The Prospectors Club does not guarantee the investment value of any product.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. The Prospectors Club reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of purchase will be honoured for confirmed orders.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and are at least 18 years of age. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely. The Prospectors Club reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. The Prospectors Club is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and natural nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item received is significantly different from what was described or arrives damaged. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@theprospectorclub.com with photos and your order details.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Subscription Box
Our subscription box service is subject to its own terms available at the time of sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. To cancel your subscription, please contact us or manage your subscription through your account portal.
8. USA Auctions
Auction lots offered through our collaboration with Richmond Auctions are subject to Richmond Auctions' terms and conditions in addition to these terms. By bidding in a TPC x Richmond Auctions event, you agree to Richmond Auctions' buyer's premium, payment terms, and all-sales-final policy. Please review their terms at richmondauctions.com.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of The Prospectors Club and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Prospectors Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
