The biggest and most remarkable pieces from the Goldfields change hands quietly, between prospectors who know each other. The Private Collectors Program gives you a way in. Tell us your budget and what you're after, and we'll find it for you.
We're a fourth-generation Kalgoorlie prospecting family. We know the detectorists, the leaseholders and the old hands who hold onto their best finds. When you join the program, we put that network to work on your brief.

What we can source
- Large single nuggets: centrepiece specimens from tens of grams to hundreds of grams.
- Curated collections: a set of nuggets built around a theme, a region, a weight range or a look.
- Character pieces: crystalline gold, quartz specimens, unusual shapes, or nuggets from a particular Goldfields locality.
Budgets start from $5,000. There's no upper limit.
How it works
- Place your $1,000 deposit to start your search.
- We talk through your brief. We'll contact you within 2 business days to find out your budget, what you're looking for and when you need it, plus the details that matter to you: size, shape, character and region.
- We go and find it. We have up to 6 weeks to source a piece that matches your brief.
- You see it first. We send you photos, video, the exact weight and the final price. You're never obliged to buy.
- You pay the balance. Your $1,000 deposit comes straight off the final price, and your piece is yours.
Your deposit is fully refundable
We want you to be completely comfortable starting a search with us, so the deposit carries no risk:
- If we can't find a piece that matches your brief within 6 weeks, your $1,000 is refunded in full.
- If you change your mind at any point before you pay the balance, your $1,000 is refunded in full.
- Once you approve a piece and pay the balance, your deposit is applied to that purchase.
Common questions
What does the deposit actually pay for?
It secures our sourcing service for your brief. It's not a payment for a specific nugget, and it comes off the final price when you buy.
What if the piece you find is over my budget?
We work to your budget. If we come across something exceptional that's slightly above it, we'll show you and let you decide. You're never obliged to buy.
Can I see more than one option?
Where we can, yes. Some briefs turn up several candidates; for rarer pieces, we'll bring you the best match we can find.
How is the final price set?
We quote a final price when we present a piece. Natural gold nuggets are priced on weight, rarity and character, and the price may reflect the gold price at that time.
How do I pay the balance?
We send you a secure invoice, payable by card or bank transfer. We don't accept cash or cryptocurrency for Private Collectors purchases. Identity verification may be required for high-value purchases.
Do you ship internationally?
Get in touch before placing your deposit and we'll talk you through shipping and export for your country.
How do I get a refund?
Just contact us. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
